Parking, pool and gym
The penthouse has an automated double garage offering enclosed secure off-street parking for two cars.
The apartment building has a communal swimming pool and pool deck at the back on the building protecting our “sun bunnies” from the wind (when it picks up over the ocean).
Although hiking, running and cycling is a good way to get in some exercise we also have a fully equipped gym (with steam room and sauna) on the premises.
